Although Tom was not a member of The Tenth, he always helped and supported us. Tom was a WW2 Veteran, a member of the 13th (Lancashire) Parachute Battalion, part of the Sixth Airborne Division. In 1945, Tom took part in the Ardennes Campaign (The ‘Battle of the Bulge’) and the Rhine Crossing.
